Asset Management

The term “Asset Management” within Balmain refers to the establishment, implementation and execution of strategies both to protect a retail property asset and to enhance its value. It is about building quantity and quality of income.

Each asset manager represents investor interests by overseeing all property activity such as leasing, property management and marketing, project and development, market research, valuation, lender relations and reporting and corporate activities.

Balmain’s asset managers each come from a multi-disciplined background that ensures added depth of knowledge in determining strategy.
