The new Bricomarché store in Poznań will be erected on Górecka Street, near Galeria Panorama, where until recently the Castorama market was located.
The opening of the store is scheduled for the beginning of March 2018.
“The citizens of Górczyn district and the surrounding area who buy construction materials or garden accessories in specialist supermarkets, have so far not had to leave this part of the city. With the opening of our new store, they will still be able to do such shopping close to home,” declared Przemysław Grajek, the proprietor of the Bricomarché store. “A much wider selection of garden goods than in the previous store will be an added bonus for our customers,” he added.
The store will be near Galeria Panorama, where the Castorama store had been located previously. This isn’t the first location formerly belonging to a competitor that has been taken over by the chain. In the last few years parent company Les Mousquetaires Group has opened around a dozen or so Bricomarché stores in spots previously occupied by Nomi stores. In April 2017, the group moved into the location of a Praktiker store in Galeria Pestka in Poznań.
