The Balmain Polish Retail Investments Portfoliowas originally a joint venture between private equity fund and Balmain Asset Management.

The joint venture successfully acquired 14 properties with the first scheme acquired in Zielona Gora in December 2005 and the final one in 2006. Balmain and the Bank of Scotland bought out the private equity fund in 2008.
